By using the Services of this Site, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to abide by the following Terms and have given your consent to be bound by this Agreement. In case, you do not recognize the Terms or Understand this Agreement or agree to be bound by it, then you must refrain from using this Site and cease using the Services of this Website.

EMPLOYER

Employer shall use the JOBTALKIES.COM Resume Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. In addition, the Employer shall:

  • Not disclose any of the data or information from the Resume Database to any third-party, unless you are given the requisite permission to do so by JOBTALKIES.COM;
  • Not to share Resume Database license login details with any other party;
  • Not use for any purpose other than as an Employer seeking job-applicants for the company’s posts; OR
  • Not make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited emails or newsletters to job-applicants or to contact any of them unless they have agreed to be contacted.

In addition, the Employer also agrees to take appropriate physical, technical and administrative measures to protect the data and information of job-applicants, obtained from the Resume Database, from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

JOB-APPLICANT

When you register with JOBTALKIES.COM as a Job-Applicant, then you will be asked to create an Account and provide JOBTALKIES.COM, with certain relevant information, including without limitation, a valid email address. You agree that:

  • Your Profile or Resume must contain correct and appropriate details and must be accurate.
  • You remain solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by you on this Site.
  • You have no ownership rights in your Account and that if you cancel your Account or if your Account is terminated, all your account information from JOBTALKIES.COM, including resumes, profiles, cover letters, etc, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from JOBTALKIES.COM Resume Database. And later will be removed from any public area of the JOBTALKIES.COM Site.
  • Your information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through JOBTALKIES.COM Web Servers.
  • JOBTALKIES.COM reserves the right to delete your Account and all of your information after a significant period of inactivity.
