Roles and responsibilities 

This position is on third party payroll.

Candidate must be Graduate with 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service operation in Consumer Electronics.

Major ResponsibilitiesTelematics customer support on mails or on phone calls
CRM operation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Sometimes ready to go to field for resolving complains
Sitting will be customer site (Maruti Suzuki Gurgaon)
Must having exposure of Customer service and coordination
Maintaining TAT
Sharing MIS with Seniors for complaints

Flexibility for travelling to upcountry
