Candidate must be Bsc/ B.Tech-Electrical with 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service operation in Consumer Durable industry

Major Responsibilities

Tracking of Open Complaints
Channel Support & Escalation Management
Resolution of Sales VOC, Customer VOC ,
Trade & Service Center Visit ,
Handle trade queries,
Customer queries Resolution up to Satisfaction
Daily working on Spare part Operations reports for all pending calls and updating the status to RSM

Service Deliverables : KPI management at ASCs across territory
Managing MSL across ASCs in territory
