      - Experience as a Front Office executive / Receptionist.

 

      - Good Communication skill.

 

      - Greet and welcome guests.

      - Phone call attending, Provide proper information to the queries via phone/email/in person.

 

      - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

 

      - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
