1. Branch Profitability
a. Drive Branch Profitability.
b. Implement the business development plan for the month basis review for previous month performance.
2. Credit Underwriting
a. Provide credit approval of the cases within his authority ((TAT, ED/ID)
3. Collections
a. Review and manage performance
b. Manage Collections efficiency (0-90) Bucket
4. People Management and Branch Compliance
a. Ensure the needful trainings are conducted.
b. Mentor and guide the team on regular basis
c. Adherence to Branch compliance.
d. Adherence to HR Norms.
5. The Branch CEO
a. Branch in Charge- the highest authority at the branch level
b. Manage overall branch admin
c. Custodian to statutory compliance
