a. Sales Planning for the month basis review for previous month performance.
b. Market activity monitoring.
2. People Management & Development:
a. Training the officers.
b. Mentor and Guide the team on regular basis.
c. Adherence to HR norms.
3. Collection
a. Allocate cases to the officers on POC
b. Meet customers in 31-90 bucket, high ODPOS, high risk customers to understand payment issues and felicitate collection strategy.
4. Training & Review
Conduct training & review for his officers on regular basis.
5. Meeting Dealers/Chanel Partners
for business development
